Returns:
MAMA NANA offers you a flexible refund that is valid within 7 Days of reception, this excludes any delivery expenses. All products must be returned in its original condition with the tags attached. Please note that we will not be able to accept a return for any items on sale. Accessories and underwear cannot be returned too.

For a more convenient service, we can arrange a return for you. A fee will be deducted from your order total for this service.
Exchange & Cancellation:
we are typically able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, our support team will be happy to set up a return for you.
